Terms & Conditions

1. All services supplied by The Training Folk will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. The scope of services will be detailed in our quotation. The Client is responsible for checking that the scope is accurate and complete.

3. Services will be secured once an official acceptance has been received and any payments required have been made. Please see Table A for details of payment structure.

4. Should you need to cancel a booking, there will only be a refund if we can claim back from the course/trainer provider. Rearrangement can be made but may incur an additional cost.

5. All course attendees will be responsible for travelling to the course venue by their own means.

6. The Training Folk and any person working on our behalf, will not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered by persons and / or their property arising out of or during their activities whilst training and/or coaching and /or instructing unless such injury, loss or damage was caused by or resulted from negligence or deliberate act.

7. Clients are encouraged to have their own insurance covering loss, damage or injury.

8. In accepting our services, the client indemnifies us and all persons working on our behalf against liability in the event of any accident, injury, death or damage to persons or property.

9. If training is to be carried out on Clients own premises, it must comply with all Health and Safety regulations and adequate insurance.

10. If the Training Folk supplies equipment for any of our services, the equipment should be returned to us at the end of the event. Any damage caused may incur a charge to you the client.

11. There will be no refund for any person not achieving the requirements of a course.
