This 5-day course can be accredited through different awarding bodies including SQA.
This course is for anyone who is involved in the reinstatement of roads and footpaths. It gives the learner an understanding of how to reinstate correctly along with material types. It also covers some basic traffic management layouts.
These courses are designed to give the learner an understanding of the responsibilities with regards to Fire in the workplace. Being able to identify and use the correct fire extinguishers and knowing how to raise the alarm are just some of the things covered in this course.
A confined space is a place which is substantially enclosed (though not always entirely), and where serious injury can occur from hazardous substances or conditions within the space or nearby.
Confined spaces can include Excavations, loft spaces, tanks, and basements.
This course gives the learner an awareness of the dangers and how to control the risks.

SVQ/Modern Apprenticeship
